Lastly folks, don’t throw away the pulp. It's high in fiber and fiber is important too. You can add it to your cakes, muffins or even soups.

Speaking of soups, let me share a tale from my chapter of dad stories. One fine sunny day, the domestic engineer in me decided to experiment with my leftover juice pulp.
