A compilation of various performance videos in which the ideas and strategies of performance art provide a through-line. At the same time, the shorts chart the search for other approaches and new methods. The points of departure for the artists were as varied as the human body in action and art as activism. For them the body is the instrument of 'being human' and experiencing, investigating and portraying life, whilst performance art is often seen as an instrument of activism.
